Política de envío y devolución Los envíos son nacionales y están gestionados por CORREOS S.A. Se te proporcionará un número de seguimiento una vez enviado el pedido. En el caso de las pegatinas el envío se puede realizar de manera ordinaria, pero este envío no incluye número de seguimiento. El tiempo de envío a España es de 7 a 15 días. ​ ​ Normalmente se realizará mediante envío certificado con un coste de 6 € (envío a domicilio con número de seguimiento) para evitar pérdidas o que podáis reclamar si el paquete llega dañado o lo pierden.​​ ​ Paquete devuelto ​ Si el paquete es devuelto por no recogerlo, no se devolverá el dinero de los gastos de envío. Si quieres que se vuelva a mandar tendrás que volver a pagar el importe de los gastos de envío. ​ Dirección incorrecta Por favor, revisad bien los datos de entrega. ​Cualquier error podrá suponer que el paquete no llegue a su destino. Si te das cuenta de que has escrito mal la dirección, puedes pedir la modificación por e-mail, siempre y cuando el pedido NO se haya enviado aún. ​​ ​ Política de devoluciones ​ Si no estás satisfech@ con el pedido, tienes un plazo de 1 a 7 días, desde el momento en el que recibes el pedido, para efectuar tu derecho de devolución. Tendrás que ponerte en contacto con fdz.mireia@gmail.com indicando el número de pedido, y nombre completo utilizado para realizar el pedido. Indica, por favor, en todo caso, las causas de la devolución.​ Se realizará la devolución del importe una vez recibamos el producto y comprobemos que está en perfectas condiciones.​ Los gastos de devolución corren a cuenta del comprador. El artículo debe devolverse nuevo sin usar. ​
